Jed made his annual Kansas turkey hunting trip to Council Grove and had a little bad luck this year. Last year, both he and Steve tagged out in one day. This year, the turkeys were up to the challenge. After a few unsuccessful encounters he decided to shoot two jakes one morning. He still tagged out, but the Old Toms seemed to always be one step ahead of him on this trip.
