The town of Council Grove welcomes out of state hunters as does the great population of Rios and Rio hybrids. John Hower's knowledge of his farms takes much of the scouting out of the equation, he provides you with a accurate map of the property with roosting/srutting areas marked. We encountered no other hunters on a 3 day hunt and found the birds to be very callable and un-pressured, making it possible to fill all our tags.
